To request a return, email us at customercare@aranzasu.com. Returns must be requested within 30 days of shipment and approved . Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging. If returned items are found used or altered, no credit will be issued, and the customer will be contacted. If there’s no response within 48 hours, the item will be discarded without credit. A 35% restocking fee applies to all returns, except for defective items. Made-to-order, discontinued, and sale items are final sale.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
Please note that, as a general policy, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless your item has arrived damaged. In the unfortunate event that your item is damaged during transit, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
